What Can I do on Sunday? 🥱🗓️

Image
When the week is coming to the end, Sunday turns into a long long day to procrastinate or recover after a crazy weekend. It's common to get up at high hours in the day, just chill out and wait until the next and bored Monday. Everybody loves Fridays, but What happens with Sundays? The last day of the week seems to be here only to refill our boring lives, It seems to be that the only thing that can we do is sat down on the sofa and watch Netflix all day 📺, scrolling on our screen's phones 📱.  I'm not saying that you have to get up early in the morning or work until the next Monday, it's just that exist other ways to approach your rest days, you know, or at least don't waste most of your Sundays. I woke up this Sunday at 8 o clock and as a habit, I do my breakfast for me and my family, cocked eggs some coffee, some milk, and voila the breakfast is served!  Once I eat, I did my house pending, cleaning my room and the house overall. I take a shower in the middle of t...

It's Friday!!🤩🧑🏻‍🎤🌃 Everybody excites when finally the weekend comes to, all the people has plans and gathers with your friends, family, whatever. But, only a thing that every (or most) men and women thinks: alcohol.  Yes, when it's finally Fridays nights this is a common thing that occurs in the majority of cities in our country (or continent). Getting drunk has been an own characteristic of our culture, the mid-class worker gets off of their job and prepares himself for a long night with their best friend the juice (alcohol). In my neighborhood, mostly weekends occur incidents because I live aside from a police station🚓👮🏻, so, when the police are alerted of an incident or drunken fights, are they that catch and calm the situation, usually, they bring them towards their facilities (yes, In my street) so what you can realize, is usual to hear the fights when that happen.  Personally, I prefer to spend the weekend with my family and sometimes with old friends, us...

How can I do a good market list?... Go to shop 🛒📃✏️

Image
First of all, make ensure to have enough amount of money in your pocket. On base of that, organize the priority of the things. For instance, In the major range will be the food, then the cleaning stuff, the groceries that are close to ending... Then, do a list of all these things, and note the quantity: "a tray of eggs, 2 rolls of toilet paper " Order the list rather than amount all of that, the comestibles, cleaning, and all types of groceries. Save that list, preferably on your phone, and add a check spot to mark when you have to buy it. Once you are in the supermarket,  grocery store, or wherever you are, go find the shopping cart to acquire all of these things that you have written on your phone previously. Most of the markets locate the shopping carts at the entrance of their facilities, so you don't have problems with finding it. So, you're ready to select and choose the products on your list, right? Almost all the supermarkets have split the sections in hallw...

My stereotype of a "perfect" woman is draining my mind. 🤯😞

Image
I always had the necessity to romanticize and idealized every girl that I liked. I struggle with this problem since I was in High school. When a girl started to like me, I felt attracted to her, and I started to fantasize with her. I was very shy, and I could say that I continue being, so going with a girl and starting a conversation, to me turned out a very hard task. I panic when a pretty girl was approaching me and started to talk with me.  The only place in the world where I feel secure was in my head. So I started to visualized inside me the moments in which I feel more confident and hold a normal conversation. Since then, every time that I want to start to go out with a girl or start to chat with someone. I begin to fantasize and see her like a "goddess". It is really frustrating because this drains my focus and makes me feel more insecure. Recently, I started to chat with a pretty girl, she is 6 years younger than me, she likes the same things as me, we have a lot in...

8 years since I learned to play guitar .🎸👦🏻🔥

Image
8 years have been passed since I decided for the first time to learn to play guitar. When I took my first class of guitar I didn't have an idea of what complicated but satisfactory this been. I started with a three-group of major chords, haha I remember this as if it were yesterday. The figures of C-G-F reflected into the board while I was thinking 'Yes, I can do this!'. My fingers were tangled and rigid the next day and were inflamed too. In my home, an old and tiny Spanish nylon-chord guitar was laying in the room of my little sister, I decided to practice with it, it was my only instrument until I buy my electric guitar in 2019 (5 years later since I started to learn guitar).  I only assisted one month of these classes, but the idea of playing guitar in a near future was rounded my head and it was a dream that I didn't could pass. One of my near and best friends played the guitar for many years before me. In fact, he was my inspiration to start my self-learning in ...

Almost ten years have passed since I finished high school 🏫🗓️, and still, I can remember all of those things that my head was thinking over and over again my insecurities and problems. I didn't have someone to explain my problems or tell me about my insecurities, and nobody who can advise me over the things that happen when you are growing and facing new ages of your life. So, If you are in yours 18s or not, this is a list of things, that I'd had wanted to know in my 18s, that I think you can use and follow it. 📝 1. Avoid discussing.
