Renewing My Driver’s License

It was in 2019 when I decided to confront my fear of driving a car. Throughout my college years, I had my license but was unable to drive due to my anxiety about getting into an accident or damaging my parents' car. During those years, I relied on walking or public transportation to get to places. Although my mom would occasionally give me the car keys, I was no longer interested in driving. In my final year of college, however, I found myself needing to move from one place to another much more frequently. Juggling my thesis project left me with very little time, so I decided to change my mindset and take the car out again to practice my driving. First, though, I needed to renew my driver’s license. Habits and Supplements

 This year, I decided to incorporate gym supplements into my plan to recover strength and endurance. Over the past four years, I have exercised regularly, but I didn’t take any supplements, partly because I believed that a good diet was sufficient. What prompted me to change my mind about supplements? It wasn’t just one thing. I started to feel stagnant in my gym progress, and it affected me not only physically but mentally as well. My ability to focus diminished over time. Perhaps this was a result of aging or the fact that my body was transitioning from youth to adulthood.  Additionally, last year, I experienced a severe allergy, the cause of which I still don’t understand. Regardless, I felt that the food I was consuming wasn’t enough, so I decided to start taking vitamins and minerals to help my body recover more quickly from long days.
