Time goes fast



Since I graduated, my time perception has changed, it seems like yesterday when I finished my career and was eager to dive deep into adult life.  Since my 25s, I lived many things that made life go incredibly fast.


 From the pandemic to witnessing my family grow, jumping to different jobs and saying goodbye to people and pets I thought to be in my life. All these experiences have shaped my life, now I'm a different person when I was 25.


Yesterday, it was the 2 birthday of my nephew, I'm still thinking about the day he was born, I was working in a different company, and the pandemic was over, although our economic situation was not so good.



Now, things look different, now I'm 30 I have other responsibilities, my family changed, I currently have other work, and I am thinking about exploring different things in life.


Although my nephew has grown up with us, it is still amazing seeing him going through his different changes too. We saw him take his first steps, say his first words and play with him from time to time.


My life changed, my surroundings too, my friends and family as well. It is part of this life. I have the luck to have them with me.


Who knows what things will change in the next 5 years…

April's review

The last month didn't start in a regular way, despite having the same amount of days as the others, after long weeks of thinking about it, we decided to euthanise my dog, Pinky who was almost 15 years with us was suffering from health-related problems,  during the last two I was giving him pills, taking care of his diet and cleaning routine, but time take its part and over the years my dog was declining. It wasn't an easy decision, many memories came back to me, the desire to have with us a little more, but on the 2nd of April, we took the decision and said goodbye. In the end, he had a peaceful farewell, I could say goodbye and give him to his creator, and I was fortunate to have him with me all of this time, may he rest in peace. A decade of music 🎸

Back then in the year 2014, a young version of myself was desperate to have something to do with his life, after deciding to abandon the college during my sophomore year I needed to figure out what to do during my spare time. I already had taken some guitar music classes where my friend tried unsuccessfully to teach me some basic concepts, he also recommended me a guitar teacher, one that had taught to him some years ago. I decided to take the classes and use my sister's old classic guitar which I had forgotten for a while. The first formal class I received was a challenging experience, I couldn't put my fingers through the guitar diapason, and the teacher tried to teach me some basic chords (following the CAGED system), over the days I could put some chords in the guitar and play some basic notes, I tried to understand the theory behind and enjoy the music I was playing.
