Positive Changes

Last month, I decided to make some changes in my life, after several months of stagnation and doubts about my life, I started to delete what I considered unnecessary.

The first step was deleting social media, I was wasting my time on consuming tons of media content, videos, posts, and photos, and scrolling on my phone to feel something. Although there were times when a video or a post made me realize certain things or helped me on some occasions, most of the time I was there just to waste my time.

Initially, it cost me to adapt to these new changes, but over time, I felt less tired, more motivated, and even more focused on important things rather than just venal things. I recognize those changes led me to loneliness and isolation, but at the same time forced me to interact more with the real world.

The second change was about doing activities outdoors, For a while I was doing exercise in my home, doing the same routine and having zero interaction with the exterior. It helped me to avoid wasting my money when I needed to save.

But recently I started to feel stressed out and overwhelmed, I started going out and doing things that involved interacting with other people, and one of the biggest changes I made was returning to the gym.  This change helped me to get out of my house, and be in touch with other people.

Ordering my bedroom was something I was repeating since I changed my room until I finally found the perfect order, now I have a better distribution of space, my things are in order, and I am proud of it.

Finally, one of the biggest changes I made was starting to speak English. It was a pending I was avoiding just for the fear of speaking in a foreign language and making mistakes. But now, I have the equipment to record myself and enjoy while I doing it.

This last thing then led me through several other improvements like starting my business, knowing the importance of publicity and marketing, how to speak properly and graphic designs among other things.

Undoubtedly, these series of changes have improved my life for the better, though I'm still constantly changing now I'm aware of the power of little improvements in my daily life.
