😡🥱😊
Usually, we use to link some behavioural and emotional traits to different people we know. It is easy and sometimes simple to describe a person in one word, i.e. I'm with my funniest friend, or I will gather with my grumpy boss. We associate their most remarkable trait, and our mind quickly links it to the person.
It makes me wonder how many people consider me serious, old-fashioned, boring, funny, or angry. I bet the answers vary depending on each person and the circumstances where we met and for some people, it will be ambiguous to remember me. The manner in which we associate the traits with the person will influence the way we act with them.
Despite being conscious that humans are a bunch of emotions and that circumstances can affect the way we behave, I can summarize the main traits and characteristics of almost all my family, friends, and acquitances.
The way in how the external world perceives us, or someone remembers us is the result of having shared experiences. Sometimes the first impression is something really hard to forget, it is a double-edged sword. There are people who don't care about other's perceptions and try to live according to their own way, for me it is something remarkable, many times I've fallen into the idea of wanting to be the popular guy in my classroom or the funniest guy amidst a reunion.
Maybe the manner in which we impact other people's lives is minimal, but acting with coherence and being authentic is the better way to ensure that people remind us positively.
