The unfair advantage (review)📕
I've just finished reading the first of the four books I acquired the last year in mid of September; the book's title is The Unfair Advantage and was written by Ash Ali and Hassan Kuban, two young entrepreneurs established in London.
The book shows, in a practical way, the tools and mindset everyone needs to reach before launching an entrepreneurship journey. The authors describe the process of releasing a project and how sometimes life is not fair for all of us, but at the same time, how it can play a fundamental role when we want to scale our current lives.
Furthermore, the book teaches us a scheme called the MILES Framework; Money, Intelligence and Insight, Location and Luck, Education and Expertise and Status to show how to leverage these Unfair Advantages in our favour.
The authors put a group of examples of successful careers and analyze the path set by successful entrepreneurs and how the circumstances played a fundamental role in their careers.
This is a practical book I would recommend to people interested in learning about soft abilities and mindset. The writers describe practically and concisely the keys to the success of the most relevant entrepreneurs in the current times.
It is easy to read, and despite the complexity of the entrepreneur and business world, the writers easily put their theories and cases to the readers.
