Today it disputed the first game in the Fifa World Cup organized by Qatar; in the mid of scandals and polemics, the first match was played between the locals Qatar vs Ecuador. During the opening ceremony, it could see a completely new stadium full of the most advanced technology to start this event.


After the opening ceremony, the two teams split into the field, the national anthems gave the beginning to both teams, and around 5000 Ecuadorians were assisted in witnessing that match. In the beginning, the Ecuadorian team was widely superior to their rivals; the team was clever in the passes and the execution of the plays.


In minute 2, a goal was annulated; after a polemic offside given from the VAR system, the Ecuadorian team didn't give his arm to twist. After the forward received a fault, the referee conceded a penalty. The team could get ahead. After the goal, the team dominated the match, obtaining possession of the ball and creating the best chances of scoring again.


During the last 15 minutes of the first half, Ecuador could annotate their second goal; in a good play, the team was ahead 2 - 0. For the rest of the match, the local team was reduced to intermittent play in an effort to score a goal.


Finally, Ecuador could win their first match; it was the first time a local team, the host, was defeated during this World Cup. It is an important step forward in the classification to the next tournament stage and a good beginning for the Latin American Teams.

Another trip twelve years later

It has been a while since I finished high school, those were some of the best moments I have ever lived, my high school had a vast surface extension, many buildings and sections, and many classrooms crowded with hundreds of students. Prioritizing my to-do list

Since I started to document and follow my routine, endless things undone have reminded me that I need to make them time because they are also important.
