The last Friday, my sister had to expose their degree thesis, which is a decisive step in her medical career. After years of study, many bad nights, hard exams, complicated books and terms about the human body, illnesses and many other complex assignments related to medicine, she could finally graduate with honours. She was always the brain of our family and the most mature of us (although I could have conspired about that). That day, my younger sister, my mom, my brother-in-law and I were witnesses of her dissertation. I had just arrived after taking the exam the day before. The act was kind of private; only the close family were there and had the opportunity of seeing the dissertation. The reviewers were polite and respectful of my sister's exposition.
