Suddenly, the family grew. 🐣🍼



This year was loaded with new things and experiences, not only in my life but in the lives of people around me, full of new experiences, feelings, new beginnings, and now a new family member. Yesterday we received the news of my sister and her husband, a new baby is coming up.


They received the news the same day in a medical consult; they were suspected this several weeks before. As soon they were confirmed with the echography went where us and told us about this.


While we were in our house, each one in our rooms,  they arrived around 8 pm; my mother was fascinated, for the first time, that she would become a grandmother. I was in my room resolving a program and with a video calling with a friend when I listened to screams and laughs; I thought it was another thing.


But when I approached from my room, I saw their faces and the results of the echography; my first reaction was happiness, with a mix of more emotions and a tiny part of nostalgia. The family will grow at the final of this year.


They are remaining to know the gender of the coming baby; after an hour of jokes, laughs, and some tears of happiness, they shared this news with the husband's family.


I have to admit it, I hope this new baby it's a boy. But anyway, I will be waiting for the moment when born, to finally say I am an uncle and have it in my arms.

Another trip twelve years later

It has been a while since I finished high school, those were some of the best moments I have ever lived, my high school had a vast surface extension, many buildings and sections, and many classrooms crowded with hundreds of students. There, I studied for almost six years, I met good friends, some love and splendid moments that bring me a smile each time I recall. I never thought I missed my time there, when I was a teenager I swore I'd never turn back my sight to that place, now twelve years later I come back to the place that built me as a person. Prioritizing my to-do list

Since I started to document and follow my routine, endless things undone have reminded me that I need to make them time because they are also important. This feeling generates a guilty sentiment and anxiety for not giving them enough attention. But how do I prioritize among many significant things? Doing exercise is important, eating healthy too, studying and applying for jobs are equally important, but what receives more attention? what is not essential?
