Why did I never have a music band? 🎸🎧

Eight years have passed since I started to play guitar, with the hope that I belong to a band someday, I have practiced a lot these years, and I have been perfectioned my abilities related to the music, buying new gears, acquiring new instruments among other things.


But I never have belonged to a band, either as an occasional member, the only time that I started to play in a band was in 2018 when I played in a college band but only for one month, my schedule didn't permit me to play for a long time in the noon.


Most of my friends that can play an instrument have been in a band or has one nowadays, they say me their experience playing with other musicians and the things that they have learning since have started to play with a band.


Maybe, I don't belong to a band because I don't meet other people that require a guitarist, or maybe I haven't been searching, or I don't find a band that plays the same music that I play, whatever is, I believe that I have the capacity of being a valued member of a band and maybe demonstrate my capacity to playing with other people.


 Without a doubt, playing with other musicians have you other perspectives at the time you play, even you can learn about how the other instruments give their own apport and how all can mix and carry their own rhythm and swing.


Everything in its time, I hope someday to belong to a great band of musicians and learn about the experience of playing with others.

Another trip twelve years later

It has been a while since I finished high school, those were some of the best moments I have ever lived, my high school had a vast surface extension, many buildings and sections, and many classrooms crowded with hundreds of students. There, I studied for almost six years, I met good friends, some love and splendid moments that bring me a smile each time I recall. I never thought I missed my time there, when I was a teenager I swore I'd never turn back my sight to that place, now twelve years later I come back to the place that built me as a person. Prioritizing my to-do list

Since I started to document and follow my routine, endless things undone have reminded me that I need to make them time because they are also important. This feeling generates a guilty sentiment and anxiety for not giving them enough attention. But how do I prioritize among many significant things? Doing exercise is important, eating healthy too, studying and applying for jobs are equally important, but what receives more attention? what is not essential?
