The truth is if we are searching to improve our time, there are many ways to enhance and maximize our routines and manage them effectively.
It doesn't matter if you wake up at 5 am or earlier; this routine can turn dull and useless if you aren't organized. Don't push yourself to adapt complicated patterns in your daily life; instead, stay focused on scheduling your time and try to enhance the good habits you actually have.
The execution is more critical than the routine itself, which means no matter how early you get up if your productivity is the same at the end of the day. Prioritize the tasks you have to do throughout the day, and don't obfuscate when the plans are going in other directions. For now, I will continue to adapt myself to this new habit and see how I can manage the tiring effect of standing up before the sun rises.
