A generational Problem 🤖🤺

Without a doubt, there are many differences when we refer to generations, ideological and emotional are the most notorious differences when used to compare older generations with the actual. Is not surprising that times are changing, for everyone, we've had to adapt to new challenges that daily life gives us. 

When we speak about older times and how the people were living in that ages, is common to think that the things were better than the actual times we living. We used to hear that the hard times molded the people in the past and they were stronger than their descendants.

The actual generation is more related to the new technology advances, usually, we heard the word "digital natives" used to refer to the actual generation. Gen z and all future generations were born surrounded by technology. Since the early stages of their life, they have grown with a gadget or some tech implement in their hands.

Their culture is based on social media, they spend most of their life on social networks and are more open to changes and challenges than previous generations.  But, our educative system is based on an obsolete model that can't offer and potential the capacity of this gen.

This is one of the hard challenges for my generation, in school, they teach us, that memorizing and having math skills ensured our future and will give us a better job. But, the reality is all of these obsolete things neither ensure our future, we have access to all this information on the internet, and to have had required to memorize all these things results inadequately and useless.

Our educative system is educating our future generation with obsolete knowledge and using the same old techniques in the last 20 or more years. We have to accept that the world is changing and we have to adapt to the new challenges that these require.
