The two sides of the coin 🪙
This has been a year full of new things, good and bad, contradictions and challenges, along this year, has passed uncountable events, my search for a job will give as a result of a small contract, only for two months, in which I had the labor of creating and uploading the content for the college page web. Many days I didn't have days off nor on weekends, which is supposed to take the day off to rest for a while.
The job per se didn't was hard, rather was a remote job that permitted me to stay at my house and to have sometimes a flexible schedule. There were days on which I didn't job because the amount of work where was reduced.
I am thankful to have this job, although it was only for a few weeks they would pay me, at least that they say when we ended our job there, the payments were delayed, until today they only pay us the wage corresponding to February.
I counted on this money because this would be the way that I would pay for my IELTS exam this month, but the company decided to postpone the wages and I will have my payment in May. Added this, this month my mom gave us news that she doesn't will continue to work in her current job. So, I had to assume some of the bills of the house, like groceries, the bill of the energy, and the bill of the telephone company, among others.
This reduced even more the weak salary that they paid me for part of one month, nowadays I don't have hope that in future weeks I'll take the exam, maybe the things happen for some reason, perhaps I don't was prepared yet.
Now, we have other responsibilities, like paying loans and bills, until me and my mom found new jobs, I will have to postpone my other dreams for these new priorities.
