The MEXT application is opened 📃🏫⭐

 

On the past 26th of April, the Embassy of Japan in Ecuador published on their Social channels the opened of the applications for the MEXT scholarships, I was preparing to apply for months of anticipation. The deadline will be until the next 27th of May.


Now, I am reading carefully all the parameters and requirements necessary to apply this year, but I already have the main documents prepared with anticipation. Before this application, I previously applied to the USA embassy and I was pre-selected for the next round, but unfortunately, I didn't pass to the next stage.


That gives me another perspective on the time to send my application, I have to have into count that I am applying with hundreds of profiles many of them better than me. So, I have to highlight myself to the rest of the people if I want to have a chance.


Last year I applied for the same scholarship, but I have to say, that my level of English was not the best at that moment, this time I am better prepared and with a little more confidence about my application. The competition to reach this scholarship is hard, many good profiles will be applying, but I have hope to reach a good place.


Another thing that I have to do, is to take the IELTS exam, in the next weeks. This is an indispensable requirement if I want to highlight my profile among others, but every time that I thought about this I feel a little anxious, I expect to reach a good qualification and pass the exam without problems, but this is not guaranteed.


If there is something that I have to say, is I enjoyed the process of learning English, it was a very funny activity, I enjoyed the process of learning, and I was surprised by the improvement that I had since I started to 'study' this language.


Whatever happens, I will continue writing on this blog, and improve my language skills. Wish me luck..🤞🏻🍀🌠

Another trip twelve years later

It has been a while since I finished high school, those were some of the best moments I have ever lived, my high school had a vast surface extension, many buildings and sections, and many classrooms crowded with hundreds of students. There, I studied for almost six years, I met good friends, some love and splendid moments that bring me a smile each time I recall. Prioritizing my to-do list

Since I started to document and follow my routine, endless things undone have reminded me that I need to make them time because they are also important. This feeling generates a guilty sentiment and anxiety for not giving them enough attention. But how do I prioritize among many significant things? Doing exercise is important, eating healthy too, studying and applying for jobs are equally important, but what receives more attention? what is not essential?
