How did I learn to drive? .🚗🛣️
It all started when I was 14 years old, I was enthusiastic about the idea of learning to drive, my dad was the first person who teach me about the car and the tricks to learn and defeat my fear to drive. I was still young to know the responsibilities that involve driving a car with passengers. Anyway, I learned fast, in a few weeks I drove the car and could drive from my house to my mom's work, I was really good behind the wheel, I remember that summer vacation pretty well, it was terrific.
But, in some way, I abandoned trying, and then with the divorce of my parents I never could take the wheel anymore, had to pass around 4 or 5 years to come back and drive again. Obviously, I forgot completely the previous drive lessons that my dad taught me when I was 15, now I was in my 20s and had all the toughs and problems that one young had.
This second attempt to learn to drive again was hard, taking the wheel resulted so difficult for me, and maintaining the control and my mind calm was a hard task. It tokes me a lot, but then a month I finally received my driver's license, after all, I had the most age to have a license.
After I would receive the license, my mom and dad, give me the keys to the vehicle, At this time, I had left the college and the only task I could do was drive to my parent's work. When I started to drive, the problems starts to show, first I was a night owl so I was like to go out at the night especially when I was the keys of the car, which gave me a lot of problems with my parents because I used to come drunk the nights I went.
Then many conflicts with my parents, and when they finally formalized their separation, I left the hobby of driving the car again. Back then, I was 21 years old. after that, I never took the car again and refused the idea of taking the bus or walking to the college.
The third and last attempt to learn to drive, was when I was 24 years old, had passed 3 years since I left completely to drive a car, as expected I forgot it all again. The necessity forced me to take for the third time the wheel. This time, nobody taught me how to drive, I had forgotten everything again, it was frustrating to start at 0. I was really nervous when I drive this time, I was in my last year of college, and in a few months, I had to dissertate my thesis degree.
I learned when I had to leave my mom to her work, at this time, she had a gray car, which belonged to my grandma, this was a new car, and it appeared like the first car I drive when I learned to drive. Then months of practice I finally could drive again, I recover my confidence in the wheel and learned about my failures. In that year, I had to renew my driver's license.
