Does a really exist a perfect job? 🧑🏻💻🖱️💻
Everyone has the perception that a perfect job is a mix of certain things, well paid, near your home location, excellent job ambient, and enough free time to share with you own. That is a valid idea, but the question is: How near are we to this? In my country, the lack of defined rules that ensure a better relationship between the worker and the enterprise is a common ideology.
Sometimes, this lack of rules can leave aside the worker and only center on the company, leaving the worker with an overwhelming hours load and paying the minimum wage for their activities. Even working at the latest hours the night or even working on weekends, this is a common practice as far the workers have accepted those conditions.
Putting the shirt of the company is the motto that I've always listened to, incentivizing other workers to force to work to exhaustion, and don't argue against that fact. But the reality is that in my hometown and my country the policies only protect the employer and neglect the rights of the worker.
So, exist a perfect job in my country? I expect that Yes, but We have to change our mentality and leave to perceive that minimum wages as part of our daily lives. The change starts with ours and we have to reject that lack and disinterest as part of the government and the employer.
I hope that my job was a mix of what I learned in my years of college and a decent wage. But, meanwhile. I still have to prepare myself for this and train myself for the next challenges that the world has for me.
