Diet and Exercise 🏋🏻♀️🥬
Previously I've been talking about my exercise workout and how it helps my mind and body, improves my health condition, helps my capacity to feel exhausted, and improves my humor. But If we mix these benefits with a good diet?
One of the pillars of good wellness is the diet, what we eat is linked with our health and physical condition as well, if we don't have a well-balanced diet we are not going to reach all benefits that bring the food. Starting from breakfast, for most, one of the most important meals of the day, we must ensure we intake enough quantity and quality of nutrients, vitamins, and proteins, for these we must intake a good food and be sure that we're eating fruits and milky products, and some of the protein that our body needs.
At midday, you can eat some light, or drink your favorite hot drink, I usually eat some of the protein with tea or yogurt mixed with cereal. Try to not overload your stomach with processed foods and instead of that try to consume more natural products. Don't forget to be hydrated throughout the day.
At lunch, try to mix your proteins with carbs, eat a lot of greens and enough water, after a long morning we are craving fried food or fast food, try to avoid this.
Here is something, that you can try, on noons, I usually don't eat until the 6 pm, instead of that I drink water and after 4 pm I walk around 20 minutes, then I do my workout routine and after that I'm ready to eat my last dish of the day.
Often, we despise the diet and use to think that is a nonsense thing, but the truth is diet is the basis of our health condition.
As you could see, I avoid completely eating processed and fried food as possible, I don't want to say you do the same, but try to keep a balanced diet and mix it with exercise, or take long walks. The key to this is discipline and being constant.
I encourage you to take some of this advice and put it to prove in your life, I hope that you can do it.
