Days before a running competition 👟🏃🏻🎽
My last participation in a running competition was in 2018 when I and a friend were together running at an event 6k running, at that time I ran regularly at least 20 km or 9 miles per week. I was on top of endurance, and my friend too.
That year I was in my senior year at the university and I mixed my class days with my off days usually going out to run. I didn't wear the ultimate and soft shoes at that time, but my technique of running was good, I ran with an average pace of down 4'20 per kilometer. I was weighing around 60 kg.
Now after 4 years of absence and then all type of circumstances happens during this time, I came back to the competition, now I weigh near to 75 kg but the most of my weight is muscle, with a small quantity of fat. My best tempo during my training was 4'30 per kilometer, and constantly I have been improving my tempo running.
This 1st of May will be the day that I will be putting to test all my efforts throughout these months of sacrifice and constantly training. After all, I will come back to running with the company of a friend. So, I expect the running day being funny and full of emotions.
