The necessity of not being alone .πΆπ»
The world in that we habit is to tend to be more and more closer, closing the cultural breach and approaching the differences and qualities of every individual. The social network is near us to other people and events that occur across the world.
But, there is one fact that people are realizing. The connection to the virtual world is enclosed in a fantasy and non-real world. with a simple text, we can communicate with others, without the necessity of sending a card or even hanging up the telephone. All of these benefits are converting us into slaves of technology and we are losing our humanity of communicating with others without the fact of sending a text or any other form of message. We have lost that important thing, and we are converted to automats, showing to other people our "perfect lives" and showing us as unique persons.
Meanwhile, we don't realize the number of hours that can we spend daily scrolling on our smartphones. Viewing and comparing ourselves to others, searching for approbation, and trying to highlight and fit in a modern world.
I personally realize, every single Friday I have the urge to watch my Instagram account and see what is happening to my friends, trying to compare their lives with mine. Every time that I do that, I end my day a little more depressed and mispriced at the goals that I achieved. Thinking that person is better than me in so different ways than I can even imagine. Viewing their happy lives and trying to not be alone anymore.
So, here I left a tip to myself, let the phone aside and try to watch your reality in another way, get up and go out of your comfort zone, avoid seeing the screen for a long period, and most importantly, try to express your feelings by your own.
