The food that you consume matters (a lot..) 🥑🥥💪🏻🥬
When we think about the food we use to be thinking about unhealthy but delicious food, there is a great variety of that: chocolates, desserts, ice creams, fast food and all types of processed food... This is present in most of our daily food, but over the years, I founded this is damaging our body and health.
A well-balanced diet consists of a great variety of green salads, fruits, lean protein, carbs, and a lot of water, we calculate our basic requirements based on a diet of about 2000 kcal, but this is only an estimated calculus, actually, every single person in this word, should calculate their daily ingest based on their activity along the day.
For instance, is not the same diet of an Olympic athlete 🏊🏻♀️ as a sedentary person 👨🏻💻, those of most burn a lot amount of energy due to their physical activities must obtain a great number of nutrients and calories than a sedentary or simple person.
Based on my poor experience (lol), I try to find my best nutrition plan that can adapt to my daily life, I eat around two or three pieces of fruits every day, 2 o more pieces of high-quality protein, carbs, some caffeine, and water of course. I eat around 5 times a day, and I do exercise regularly. My days since then, are full of energy for most days. It's worth saying that I supplied my diet by taking 5 grams of creatine every day, also taking supplies of magnesium and B-complex.
I decided to try to leave to eat red meat (you know: beef, pork) and finally found that this was a very good idea because I can help the green good cause💚🌎 and reach the vegetarian goal (it was a goal this year) and my sense of humor has changed too, I feel more confident more happiness and more sensitive than ever felt.
