Movies 🍿🎞️πŸ“½️

Is Friday night, and I realized that there were nights like this when I spent watching movies, sometimes alongside my family, some nights alone, and some others with friends. I have a collection of movies in my external memory disk that I saved since 2014 when one of my closest friends shared his collection with me.

We usually watched movies in his house; he had a big TV and a good stereo, and it was barely noisy in his home. In those times, I hardly knew about the world of the seventh art; for me, movies were only something that I rarely watched entirely; I only knew about some popular films.

I remember that in those times, we watched classic movies. My friend shared with me his collection of movies and series downloaded for a long time, and he recommended the webpage to download them too; at that moment, I didn't assist at college, and I had much free time to see all of them.

Furthermore, I started to download series and starting to watching them; some I can remember were: Breaking Bad (Although I never ended up watching it), True detective (One of my favourites), Cosmos (another big series), Daredevil, and House of cards, among many other.

I was fascinated by the history behind every series or movie; I started to be a "cinephile"; at the end of 2014, my memory was already full of series and movies. I began to subscribe to a good Youtube channel, Zepfilms, where nowadays I still watch their videos and listen to podcast shows.

But that passion vanished over time; once I returned to my studies, the marathons of series and movies diminished; the times when I used to gather with my friend to see a movie were less frequent too.

Now, I rarely enjoy a good movie until the end, even though now the use of Netflix and other platforms makes it easier to watch a film or series, and I must admit that seeing an entire series makes me lazy. But, still, there are moments like this when I want to see a good movie and just enjoy a moment to see a good story.
