Five powerful reasons to leave the meat.

 

Find months have been passive. Since I left completely the meat, the results were evident, since January of this year I left completely my diet based on meat, and one of the changes that I felt when I started to incorporate a more plant-based on my diet was feeling throughout my day, such discovery was extremely beneficial for me because the most days I was feeling exhausted and with enormous lack of energy. 

The second big difference, was improving my skin condition, definitely, my skin was beneficial of that because when I started to be more conscious about my diet, and realise the food that I ingest every day in my life on my diet, would have a real impact on the health of my skin condition, now my skin looks more healthy, with more brightness, moisturized, and overall more beauty.

Improve my capacity for attention, would be the third big difference that I felt since I left the meat completely, I'm not sure completely up there but I think that since I changed my focus, my attention, improve completely and without the necessity of ingesting any other pills or drugs like caffeine or any other substance that makes you dependent and have more probability off make you addicted to them.

Saving money is one of the reasons that I don't expect of changing my diet but the reality is that meat costs a lot of money, even if you don't ingest it every day, so I would say that this change saved me a lot of money.

And the last thing I have noticed since I changed my diet, is that it makes me more conscient about saving animals and protecting the world, at least I attempt, avoiding to eat animal-based products and change it for more plant-based products.
